I suppose sing contest on March 15 but ceiling was made of asbestos, had some leek and wasn't fixed. Landlord was pressuring me to sign a contract promising. It's going to be done by March 15th. It wasn't not done by March 15th. Now it's we had to move our inspection to 27th of March and it's still not done. The management team are out to lunch there apartments are run down and there requirements to live are the same if you where looking at brand new building I I guess this is what happens when the owner live in a another country

DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it. Cascadia Apartment Rentals (and Crissey/Cressey) is by far the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with in my life—and that says a lot. Hot water went on the blitz Feb 7 and had to shower with cold water. “The other hot water tank is still working. You may still have hot water from time to time, it depends on the hours or the usage of the building.” This from my landlord after telling me that the new hot water tank will be here next week.
