DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it. Cascadia Apartment Rentals (and Crissey/Cressey) is by far the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with in my life—and that says a lot. Hot water went on the blitz Feb 7 and had to shower with cold water. “The other hot water tank is still working. You may still have hot water from time to time, it depends on the hours or the usage of the building.” This from my landlord after telling me that the new hot water tank will be here next week.

Absolute worst management company! They do not care about their tenants. No hot water for 3 days. Went to call Cascadia and the have changed their number so you can not reach them. When it comes time to move I will make sure they are not the management company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS MAINSTREET. THEY WILL HARASS YOU AND SPY ON YOU FOR ANY REASON. REPAIRS ARE NEVER DONE ON TIME. THEY ARE DELUSIONAL, THINKING THEY RUN RESORTS OR SOMETHING, WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE SLUMLORDS WHO RUN SLUM BUILDINGS... THESE ARE OLD WATER DAMAGED, BUG INFESTED BUILDINGS THAT THEY WANT MARKET VALUE RENT FOR. GET REAL!!!! SCUMBAGS!
