this place is a complete joke. management is a TOTAL JOKE! they dont care for their residents like THEY deserve! they treat company like crap and is completely UNPROFESSIONAL about everything. I Do NOT recommend this facility at all!
RecommendedBest care staff, management there is amazing. the residents are awesome to get to know, the food is amazing so are the cooks there. always family and friends friendly. would recommend this place for anyone looking for employment or residential move in. Everyone there works as a team and they work as a big happy family.
I had the privilege of working alongside Cascades of Bend staff in my previous job, and could not be more impressed with their level of care and commitment to the residents they serve. They provide quality care, a friendly environment, and fun activities. I would absolutely recommend this community to those looking to live in a care setting.

Fancy place with no heart.
RecommendedI recently visited several homes in McMinnvile for possible residency for my mother. Parkland is my first choice. The criteria I used was extensive but the main reason for my choice was the happiness I saw in the residents and the overall positive environment that they lived in. Most everyone had a smile on their face and I saw whole families having lunch or just visiting with their loved ones. RecommendedRegency Park is a wonderful assisted living and memory care community. The staff is always attentive when I am there and they really care about my Godmother. I also think this is one of the cleaner communities I have visited!
