I made the full payment (more than $4000), now they are temporarily closed. They stoped the treatment and they don't reimburse the part they wouldn't do it. I sent email, left voice message and even went to their office, unfortunately no response...How am I going to get my money back???

I am very happy with my experience at Cascades Medical Spa. Everyone is so nice and in my opinion they want to help ! They are experienced professionals who are helpful, and affordable ! So glad I took a chance and tried them out ! They are COVID-19 friendly and follow all the CDC guidelines ! They are lovely and I’m looking forward to going back!!
I am 1 treatment away for my laser hair removal and I will say that I’ve had a wonderful experience with Cascades.Staff and owners have always been helpful, professional and considerate.The nurse/ owner is VERY knowledgeable and always took her time to explain they why’s, the do’s & don’t’s. I’ve seen improvement in the areas I got laser and sincerely I know will be content with my end results.
