I have been a customer with Cascades Comfort for many years. Robert and his team have always serviced our HVAC system with expertise and knowledge. When you call with an issue Andrea is there ready to help and to set your appointment ASAP with a trained professional.
We've used Cascades Comfort Services for years as have a brother and a sister and friends. Honest, reliable and great customer service. We will continue using them for year HVAC maintanence and down the road when something needs replaced.
Reduced airflow to the third floor revealed a stuck mechanical damper. Robert from Cascades Comfort Services cut a hole in the duct and freed the stuck damper and then covered the access point. He also conveyed important details about HVAC airflow and how to properly balance a system for optimal comfort.
I have been using Cascades for years! I have found them to be very professional, honest and real pros!! Joe has been servicing my system for years. He is honest and does a GREAT job to explain to me any issues with my HVAC system. One catch with these guys...book early!! They fill up fast!! That is what happens to GREAT companies who take care of their customers!! ROCK on Cascades!!
