Not in good repair and needs to be cleaner. This motel isn't in very good repair, it has some structural problems such as worn and/or in need of maintenance features that could be addressed. It also isn't kept as clean as it should or could be. The rates aren't bad, availability of rooms is good. It does well in a pinch, like if you have to stay a short while due to house repairs as I did, but not really acceptable for vacationing when you want things a bit nicer and cleaner.
