Great value for beautiful quality built homes with very deep lots. Low cost HOA fees and CCD note. Included in fees is internet and television cable - premium Spectrum Xfinity - highest speed. Also ADT security throughout community. Very friendly people - deed restricted 55 and older. Lots of activities. Very close to downtown Fort Myers, LaBelle and Babcock Ranch. Helpful and friendly HOA boards every year which is most important for living in these gated communities! Excellent HOA financials.
