December 24 2023 Still without fixing anything as far as pipes in walls. Still no bath for three years. Only showers. In North Carolina, landlords can raise the rent for any reason as long as they give proper notice, don't do so during the fixed term of a lease (unless the lease allows for it), and aren't doing so for certain discriminatory reasons.Jan 5, 2023 Been here over 10 years what a shame .
