Cascade Windows absorbed Empire Pacific Windows and was responsible for our lifetime warranty. I sent pictures at their request of the failed seal on the window. They agreed that it was under warranty, but I tried for months to get them to send a replacement pane. I started the warranty process in mid-November 2022. We have been waiting since July 2021 for a replacement window. do not do business with this company! Absolutely the worst customer service. Have been in contact with them since November 2021 regarding a warranty issue. Representative came out to measure window in December 2021. Have called & emailed them numerous times & still waiting. Would recommend Andersen Windows who we had to contact regarding a patio door which was shattered by the installers of our new shutters. dont buy them they fail and you will never get them replaced. We filed a claim in october and are getting the run around by the lady who is in charge of claims. we have left many messages, beccause she is always "out to lunch" "on another call" or "unavailable" and NEVER returns our call. i suggest you Go with a better window company. absurd
