Nice place to live. Really enjoy the open floor plan and balcony w/ storage shed. The full laundry space is the icing on the cake.
We love living at Cascade Villas! Annette in the office does a fantastic job she's friendly, sweet, and very helpful. Ivan's so polite & professional and does a great job at fixing repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are professionally done & always look nice! 5 stars all the way 🤩
When we first moved into the apartment it was not cleaned, at all! Then the neighbors above us have a child that runs from the front door thru the rest of the house at all hours! He wakes us out our sleep with this running and then the wanna scream he autistic! Maybe the should have got a first floor unit! The inconsideration is mind blowing, we not asking for complete quiet!
