I'll start off by saying that they really work with you on getting in a place, that is if you make set amount of money per month. Which is awesome! I had not so good, little to no credit at all, so it was perfect. Moved in, they told me my house would be cleaned prior to me moving in, it was not. Which I didn't mind, because I like to sanitize me own personal space.
