I lived at Cascade View for nearly five years. I really appreciate the level of service that Kim (property manager) and Eugene (maintenance) provided during my stay. The apartment was great. My unit had some great features, lots of storage, large washer and dryer, rollout shelves in the pantry cabinet, hallway shelving, good closets, a large bathroom and a vaulted ceiling in the livingroom. I will miss living here.
For the most part quiet. Parking is extremely tight, no extra spaces for guests after 5 pm. Delivery theft is a known problem, no place to secure packages. Leasing office is not open on Sunday, Monday, or evenings for deliveries, and frequently is closed on additional days. Transients frequent the dumpsters during sleep hours, make a lot of noise, night security long time to respond and unavailable after 5am. Other IDM properties have lock boxes and staffed all days.
