I was happy here until recently. My issue is not with the apartment appearance, though it could use updating. The issue is IDM (owners) don't care about the tenants, only the bottom line. Last October IDM decided to change water usage to a community system based on apartment size and number of people, rather than actual metered use per apartment. My bill more than doubled. I also pay more for sewer yet I conserve on water. Also upon lease renewal we are required to use Xfinity for $60 per month for internet only, no add'l ch... read more
