This practice is all about money, not about the care of your pet. My 18 year old daughter brought her new kitten in because she was concerned about his health. She was urged to get bloodwork done and have a couple different treatments. She paid for all of these procedures without hesitancy and then tried to get some advice on how often/what to feed him but was rushed out and felt like she couldn't get the answers she needed.
