We contacted Cascade after researching Sprinters for nearly a year, visited the factory in Bend for a test drive, then returned a few weeks later for the handoff. The team is EXTREMELY attentive. They answer emails in <24 hours (we are 3 time zones away) & installed our wish list of accessories in ~ 2 weeks. The handoff takes about 4 hours & is really valuable.
