I have been working at CVSL for 4 years now. Our community has a comfortable home like environment that makes you feel warm and welcome. The residents are loved and over all happy. Thank you for giving me a place I enjoy working and gives me purpose. 💛
Business response:
Good morning Christina, thank you for taking the time to write this review! Sincerely - Jordan, Culture of Care Team
My mother was here 3 years ago. One thing I was concerned about was that she could stay here until her end came. She was 96 when she came. I did not want her to have to move her again to a nursing facility. My mother adjusted well and enjoyed all the people, caretakers and activities. When she eventually went into hospice she was able to stay with excellent care until her end.
Do not getb any more horrible reviews...I would not even bring my dog there with the review I just read AND no comment from you people retracting the writers statement.
I observed the staff at the Christmas parade taking excellent care of their residents in extreme weather conditions. When waiting for the parade to begin, I chatted with both staff and residents who eagerly shared their enthusiasm for the facility. I heard the director instruct care givers to assist the participants to shower and get warm upon their return to the facility. The concern was genuine and the respect for staff and residents alike was easily apparent. Julie Cherrington Dec. 6, 2017
This place is unique and the people caring for our elderly are exceptional. My Mother was previously in another facility and it was a blessing when we got the chance to get her moved to Cascade Valley Senior Living. We are grateful for the genuine CARING she recieves.
My mother has lived at CVSL for about four and one half years. She is 95 and tells me each time I visit how much she likes being there. The staff is very helpful, friendly and available to assist in any way necessary. It is a well managed home for the residents. Knowing my mother is so well cared for is comforting. Thank you, CVSL.
Thank you Cascade Valley Senior Living for inviting me to sing/perform for your Beloved Residents this afternoon for your 'Picking Pumpkins' Event! I had a great time singing and meeting the residents. I was so impressed with the dedication of your staff and the lovely comments I heard from them concerning those who trust them for their care! What a warm and friendly environment. I look forward to working with you all again! Thank you for all that you do to make the lives of those you serve so much better! May & Bob Palmer, ... read more
Shame on this place! I will never bring anyone I know here- ever! And I will highly NEVER recommend this place to anyone else. Actually I will make it a point to make sure others aren't put through the drama and hassle of this place either! For that poor innocent lady that has dementia and is being treated like this here- is appalling! For how much they pay this place to have their loved ones here- and for this company to treat their living patients here is absolutely NOT okay. I have am writing the better business bureau an... read more
I saw the article on King 5. Shame on you. $650 a day for a healthy person stricken with dementia to take a walk. The four thousand dollars a month you already receive for her care isn't enough? You want an extra 13 to 19 thousand a month for a daily walk for a healthy older women. Terrible just terrible.
