We had a really nice stay in a lakeside log home. The home was very nice, very clean, and was stocked as described. If your looking for a quiet place in a great location and a fantastic view of the lake from inside or out on the deck this place should be on your short list.
The log homes at Lutsen Resort were very nice. Comfortable beds and linens, all the dish ware you will need, plenty of board games, awesome views, and access to the beach. Honestly, just about perfect, gave a four because someone came in while we were gone and took the vacuum - which we found creepy.
Very pleased with our rental and give Cascade Rentals a big “10” for their assistance in the rental process. Their rental process and follow up is seamless and very detailed as well as easy use. John S
We had a fabulous week in a clean, spacious house right on the lake with lots of privacy. Beds were fairly comfortable and everything was well stocked. We saw wildlife on the lake and enjoyed local hiking to waterfalls and historical sites as well. On the property we paid more for added things like renting a pontoon boat and taking a floating sauna.
We tried Cascade Cliffhouse 677 because Lutsen sea villas or Blufin bay both were full for our dates. we will probably book somewhere else next time, We had no hot water for more than 24 hours, Adam was kind and friendly, he had to visit twice to fix it The gas stove had stains, The wooden floor was sticky and tacky 2 out of 3 hair dryers did not work, All the bath towels were smelly but clean It’s hard to get someone on phone during office hours If only someone cares enough to check the property before renting…
