In route to Eugene, I had an issue with a trailer on a snowy mountain pass 1.5 hours from Tumalo/Bend. Jennifer and the crew at Cascade went above and beyond to get the part number for the trailer and gave me locations in Eugene to purchase the needed part. I limped my way to Eugene with confidence that I could get part and return with a loaded trailer in good repair. THANK YOU!
