First time needing to repack my bearings on my travel trailer. Nothing like emailing the manifacture, then waiting. They reply, and tell me to contact a local office in my state. Email that office and they send me the part # I need but not where to find it. This took two weeks. Then I email Cascade if they have the part, they got back to me same day. Very helpful.
I brought my horse trailer in for a routine safety check in which they took care of any issues it had. However, during this safety check the technician found the ball I bought was too small and replaced it. Great safety find. Also he fixed a flaw with the design of plugging in the electrical outlet to my car from my trailer. Now I can unplug it easily. I've been taking my trailer to Cascade for many years now and will continue to do so.
These guys are so great, in particular, David Willis. He helped me troubleshoot an issue O had been struggling with all week. The shop is super clean. The customer service is top notch and they know what they are talking about. If you have an issue with your trailer and don't go to them, I'd say you were a bonehead.
