These guys are so great, in particular, David Willis. He helped me troubleshoot an issue O had been struggling with all week. The shop is super clean. The customer service is top notch and they know what they are talking about. If you have an issue with your trailer and don't go to them, I'd say you were a bonehead.
Wow! These guys are the best! We had a trailer break down in bend, we needed help and parts fast and they were more than helpful and had the right parts! Big shout out to Jennifer and David ! In route to Eugene, I had an issue with a trailer on a snowy mountain pass 1.5 hours from Tumalo/Bend. Jennifer and the crew at Cascade went above and beyond to get the part number for the trailer and gave me locations in Eugene to purchase the needed part. I limped my way to Eugene with confidence that I could get part and return with a loaded trailer in good repair. THANK YOU!
