Tried to call several times. Wont answer the phone. Phone call drops as soon as it starts to ring. How do these guys have 5 stars when you cant even get a hold of them.
Easy to work with and very professional. They always do great work and take care of the huge elm trees I have.
We had a great experience with Cascade Tree Services. They recently removed 13 - 30 year old trees from our business property. The team showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took great care to protect the surrounding property and cleaned everything up. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the pricing was very fair for the scope of work. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional tree service, I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.
I really struggled with how to rate this review. We had a big mishap with our tree removal, but I decided to give this review five stars. Cascade took responsibility for the damage and Jennica was responsive and handled the situation with utmost professionalism. The crew came to take down our 70-year-old, 40-foot Norway maple.
