Does anybody remember getting a present from the title company when they signed all the paperwork? Something to make you feel special on your big day? (Other than feeling a huge monetary responsibility?) These guys had my email wrong, horrible communicators, and they rushed me through signing a huge loan like it was a cup of latte. Coupled with my greedy and lazy realtor, this was a real disappointment. (My realtor was also absent on my "big day". I was excluded from critical communications. What a joke.
