This company was great to deal with from start to finish! Special shout out to Bobbi who patiently answered my endless questions, provided multiple quotes and helped us scramble to add to another tent at the last minute due to unexpected weather. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, including the staff who set up and took down the tents. Highly recommend!

We hired Cascade Tents and Event Rentals for our wedding this summer in Vancouver, BC and they did an exceptional job. The pricing was a great value, the set up and take down was seamless, the communication was easy and efficient, but most importantly, the tent set up was stunning. We hired Cascade Tent Rentals for our backyard wedding, ordering quite a few items from them, and overall they did a fantastic job! The team arrived the day before the wedding to drop off supplies and set up our large frame tent. They worked hard all day long, and seeing the entire setup complete by the evening was well worth it—the fairy lights were absolutely beautiful!
