Great staff, any one of them can help you. Very caring. I have gone there for three different problems in the last 2 years and each time I was greatly helped.
Completely unprofessional reception staff. I stood patiently waiting forc10 mins while the receptionist was on the phone. Another employee said she'd be with me shortly. The receptionist glanced my way several times. Finished the phone call, discussed a file with another employee and returned to her computer. I waited. There was a sign on the counter asking for patience while she was on the phone. Another patient came in, asked if I was in line, I said yes. My wife has been coming here for the last 7 months. She could barely walk when she first got here and is doing so much better now. The therapy pool is a game changer. The staff is caring and effective. Great facility. Update* I've been coming for an injury of my own this year and working with my physical therapist has been so helpful. She has completely changed how I train and my overall body strength is getting more balanced. If you listen to what they tell you and put in the work, they can help you.
