I called to get a quote and he told me "I don't want to waste your time" seriously just like that. Well I didn't waste anymore of his time.

Agent seemed very knowledgeable on the phone when asked for a quote on package of insurance for home, autos, umbrella, and other coverage. Unfortunately, he did not follow up with a quote, despite a reminder. Must have too much business, or did not like me as a prospect.
