I took my '13 STI to get checked out for a misfire. They did the inspection and suggested timing belt and fuel injectors, which was over 2.5k. I went with the fuel injectors hoping that will be the issue. They did it for 2.3, and the problem was not fixed. They wanted to check the timing for 500 bucks to just check. Insane prices to me. I did not go through because what was the $200 inspection for? I felt like they did not know the issue and suggested things that could cause misfires. I took my 2018 Outback in because the "tire" light was staying on. Turns out a sensor went out. This was covered on the extended warranty. They replaced all four sensors just to be safe. Great service!

In May of 2023 I took my Subaru in to Cascade to get my power steering system checked out and was told I needed a rack and pinion replacement for which Cascade quoted me nearly $2300. I called around and was able to get it done at a local, family-owned alignment shop for just shy of $1000 less than that (dealership service markups are not a big surprise). I want to thank Randy, the gentleman who so kindly drove me while my subaru was at cascade. He was so efficient and cheerful
