Lisa is an absolute wonder! Within our first hour of working together, she drastically improved the range of motion of my hips and relieved the tension in my IT bands. I highly recommend working with her. Her extensive background in yoga greatly informs her Massage practice and I can tell she has an absolute commanding knowledge of anatomy. Through professional and warm connection and communication, she guides you through healing your body. She really helped me with my hip and my range of motion is back.
