Excellent service, on time delivery, beautiful and well crafted cover that for perfectly. If you do your own measurements triple check them before ordering... Just sayin'. If the cover is a bit large they can tweak it some. If your measurements were too small and the cover is too small it's yours anyway... Which is only fair.
This is the 3rd cover I have had for my hot tub. This is the best made and at a reasonable price. I am happy with my Cascade Spa cover and recommend them.
