When we needed a spa cover we ordered one through cascade spa talked to Maria and she helped us order one she was very helpful. Got it nome back in the valley and it was a really hot day and when we opened it up it had a small puncture on top wasn't to worried because it looked really good and I could hide it very easy. I sent them photos of it and without any hesitation they made us a new one and delivered it to us . I will use them again. They are so awesome thanks again

This was a great company to work with. They came out, took the measurements and told me when it would be ready. They finished it quicker than promised. They came out, installed it and hauled away my old one. The quality of the cover was great. No reason to ever use anyone else! Great people to work with.
I just received my hot tub cover and I’m very pleased with the quality & craftsmanship! I have an oval shaped hot tub, which is unique and Maria provided, excellent customer service and Leticia had great craftsmanship! I was very impressed with the amount of time it took for them to get my custom hot tub cover complete and delivered to me. I definitely will be using them down the road and will recommend!
