Would absolutely recommend this business. We needed to replace our old cover and had them come out to measure and choose the right color. Prompt service and it fits perfectly (actually is nicer than the one that came with our hot tub). Support local!

When we needed a spa cover we ordered one through cascade spa talked to Maria and she helped us order one she was very helpful. Got it nome back in the valley and it was a really hot day and when we opened it up it had a small puncture on top wasn't to worried because it looked really good and I could hide it very easy. I sent them photos of it and without any hesitation they made us a new one and delivered it to us . I will use them again. They are so awesome thanks again
