Great local company offering a great product with great service. Delighted with our new spa cover, which is so much better than the one that came with the hot hub. Communication is easy and very efficient. I measured our existing cover myself, but then had a custom change I needed to the standard product, went into the office, and received excellent advice and service that met all my needs. Really happy with the result.

After letting Maria.know about the issue with the new cover-they came right over the same afternoon to pick it up & reinforce the area where I was concerned. The cover was returned better than new the very next afternoon. I am AMAZED with the customer service & their determination to get it correct. THANK YOU ‼️
I want to bring the cover back to show an area at the edge of the fold in the center that is missing some stitching. This is the area that failed on my previous cover & I am concerned that this is a vulnerable area of the cover.
Our new Spa cover is great! We ordered the Extreme version and its nice and thick, and seems to be built sturdy. The fit is good, and followed my measurements correctly. Great to find a locally made option of great quality. We'll see how it holds up. This is our 3rd after 2 from West Coast Spas, and they seem to only last 3-4 years due to the sun exposure we have. Might try an additional summer blanket cover for this new cover to see if that helps extend it's life this time.
