Dont expect your deposit back. They are not honest with the contract and will not honor it. When calling to ask why it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone. Jessica was very rude. Before and after.

I’ve been on the hunt for an apartment and they were swift with setting me up with 3 viewings! I found one that I absolutely love, so far they have been nothing but helpful and polite! Thank you guys!

Working with this rental company has been a very poor experience. We brought some major issues to their attention in a prompt and polite manner and they were brushed off. They removed our fence without replacing it leaving our rentals backyard open to a vacant lot that frequently has people living and walking through it. We also brought concerns of a major ant issue that was not containable with regular traps and spray and they told us they would not be doing anything about it. I would not recommend them.

Management has been very responsive and prompt about any issues I had. Jennifer Mellen was great with professionalism and communication. I had a smooth transition into my new place.

We lived at The Cameron Apartments in Dallas, OR for about a year and had a great experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and very affordable — water and garbage are included, which really helps with monthly costs. Jodi, the on-site manager, was always professional, responsive, and kept the property well maintained. We loved having off-street parking for two vehicles at no extra cost, plus the option to rent a garage for extra storage.
