Couldn't match the color of my trim after I was told they would be able to, so I had to go with white. Also they installed "seamless" gutters with a seam right in the middle of my house. I asked about this and you said it needed to have a seam over 50ft. The house is 64ft long. It seems that they could have put the seam at one side or the other or at least discussed it with me. Mike said he talked to me about the seam but I don't remember that and there is not any thing in the contract about a seam.
I recently used Cascade Rain Gutters and Roofing to get my roof replaced and gutters. They did a terrific job on my roof. It was a difficult and big job. Jake and his team were communicative and timely. Any and all deviations from the original estimate were discussed in advance and their work was top notch.
Jake was able to fit us in late in the season, which was awesome. He quickly installed our new roof and it looks great! We are very happy. Would recommend.
