I can’t say enough good things about Cascade Rack. They were more reasonably priced than many competitors I looked at and completed my hitch installation much quicker than other competitors. They were very professional and went above and beyond on customer service, especially Kyle. So glad I found Cascade Rack!
Reasonable pricing, exceptional service. 5/5
Great place! Kyle has excellent customer service and the whole process of getting a hitch and bike rack and instruction took less than an hour.
Needed a random rocket box part and they had it for me in no time flat. Thank you!!!
Needed a hitch on my suv. Got an estimate online, called and set up an appointment a few days later, dropped the car and went for coffee. Less than an hour later car was done, looked great. They made the whole thing easy, and at a reasonable price.
