Bend Trailer told me the wiring on my late model Subaru meant that I had to use a phone ap for tow brake control. It was a disaster. But Cascade Rack fixed me up w/ intelligent hardware. They did SUCH a nice install...much more intuitive system.

Over the past year they’ve helped me with a hitch adjustment for my RV, sourced a SmartCap for my truck with some mods, and most recently — this is what sets them apart — modified a Yakima rack hood on the spot so it would meet SmartCap specs. They machined the parts in minutes. I was out the door and on my way for Memorial Day weekend without missing a beat. Ordered some rack screws online for an old kayak rack. Not only were they the BEST price I could find online, they shipped it super fast...it initially said to expect Monday, but they pulled/packed/shipped so fast that it arrived Friday. Too cool - super appreciative. Thank you Cascade Rack!
