Took my order, I paid for my order and then they cancelled it with no reason, no email and no phone call. If your not in front of them you dont rate any customer service. Cant rate the product so this rating is for them as a company. No effort
Went in there to find a rack for my husband’s bike. These guys previously installed the hitch. They showed me some great options and I went with a Kuat model. Great customer service I highly recommend shopping here.
The sales person I spoke with wasn't very knowledgeable when it came to truck caps and roof top tents.
