He called me after ghosting us and only after I posted a review with true details. He asked me to remove the original write up. He showed up unannounced with black out sun glasses on so that I couldn't see his eyes during our original meet. When I texted a couple days later to ask if he could schedule me in his reply, "yep, I'm on it" and that's the last time I heard from him. The way you treated me is uncalled for - Try treating people with respect.
We have used Cascade Property Services for a few projects around our strata and we have been very pleased with the work. They will continue to be our go to services for any new projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for all your hard work. Our new chain link fence is amazing! So many compliments from the owners in our building as well as the neighbors!
I highly recommend this company and especially Bryan for his professionalism and efficiency in building our strata's retaining wall. He is a hard worker and obviously takes pride in his work. His quote was substantially lower than the others which was a big bonus for us also!
