I had my gutters "cleaned" by another roof service. The other service didn't pull the drainspout and clean it so the gutter wouldn't drain properly. Craig just happened to be cleaning my neighbor's gutters and I asked him how much he would charge to "finish the job". He grabbed a ladder and pulled the downspout.
