I can’t speak highly enough of Cascade Pools and the team assigned to adapting the pool we inherited in our new house, and restoring it to working order. They are all lovely people, with an excellent work ethic, they take pride in their work, have a flexible approach, and customer satisfaction is clearly a most important objective for them. Cascade installed our 5m x 12m outdoor swimming pool earlier this year. The process was seamless with Lynne coming out to do a site visit and advising us on the options, processes and providing some sketches for us to submit with our planning application. Lynne also assisted us in dealing with the questions raised by the council’s planning department, always coming back to me within a matter of hours.
