We built our pool through Cascade.Had a great experience and was responsive to all our queries. The building process was quicker compared to other builders considering the current slow down in businesses. Will definitely recommend.
We renovated our pool with Cascade less then 5 years ago. We now have to rerenovate $25000 later as the job was not up to standard. The communication with the company was awful and they don’t seem to ever answer the phone. I hope no one ends up in our position it has been a devastating situation!
