Awful! The customer service is non-existent. Erica has an attitude and is unable to manage the most basic of office tasks (retrieving invoices from a previous year). Dominick will promise to fix an issue and then ignore it. He installed a salt system in my pool 2 years ago and it was faulty from the installation. I have asked him for 2 years to replace it, he has promised to take care of it and never did. He is now no longer taking my calls. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Called and inquired about replacing a faulty water sensor for my pool. The guys said he would have to get back to me to find out about parts and price. Never got a call back. One day there crew shows up without making any appointment and never telling me anything let alone the price of the replacement work. Told them to leave. No communication whatsoever.
