Awful! The customer service is non-existent. Erica has an attitude and is unable to manage the most basic of office tasks (retrieving invoices from a previous year). Dominick will promise to fix an issue and then ignore it. He installed a salt system in my pool 2 years ago and it was faulty from the installation. I have asked him for 2 years to replace it, he has promised to take care of it and never did. He is now no longer taking my calls. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

Great service
I read the reviews and I still gave a call to the company The Rep was rude. I asked if they repaired pumps, she said it would cost me $1,200 I said can you look at it she said we don't look at anything we just replaced them. This kind of service keeps you from being a great company. And is that because I said it might be something simple she said like I said we replaced them and then she hung up on me. Your customer service should be better. I kept dialing for a new pool company
