It took multiple calls to get them to return a call. They refused to come evaluate the job because it was "too small, so not worth it...". And in the end, they failed to show up at all, because they forgot to add it to the schedule. When confronted on this the response was "we have these bigger jobs, and then there are these "emergencies" so we couldn't make it anyway, and next week isn't looking too good either..."
