Very disappointed with the cascade plumbing, thought they were very professional since they promised one year warranty for their service and labor. I was charged $1550.00 to fix the leaking issue , but two days later the leaking issue happened again , tried to contact the company 3 times in a row ,( called the company 1 time and left a voicemail, texted twice to the plumber Victor ) , but no one has reached out to me. Verry professional, transparent, and good company. We had a problem with our water heater. So I called , and they directed me oh how to turn off the water, and they fixed my water heater issue, and gave me a competitive quote, with my options, prior to the work being done. They also managed to complete the work in a timely manner, and were very professional. Highly recommend them, and plan to use their services in the future.
This past Sunday, I ran out of hot water and I called Cascade plumbing and I spoke to Ollie who would get a plumber out to me that day. I was very impressed from that moment and the fact that it was a Sunday and no charge to come out.Victor came and was able to diagnose the problem.
