I've lived at Cascade Park Condo's for over eight years. I've come to enjoy the neighborhood. Cascade Park has more green grass than any condo community I've ever seen. The association keeps it very attractive. The trees get larger every year - they are very beautiful in the Fall. There are squirrels, ducks and an occasional deer that wander through the Association.
