Paying almost $800 for HOA with nothing to show for it. No security, not a great neighborhood, the paneling is falling apart. They have gardeners. That's literally it. Not to mention they tack on an extra fee every year. Sounds like this HOA is another HOA that profits millions and rips people off. My family and I will be moving soon and possibly talking to a lawyer because $800 a month is ABSURD.
