I had a great experience with Cascade Orthotics. I came in after knee surgery, and they did a 3D scan of my leg. Just a couple of weeks later, my custom brace was ready — perfectly fitted and even in the colour I chose. Everything was covered by WCB, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff were professional and friendly, and I haven’t noticed anything negative at all. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Cascade orthotics. We’ve been here for more than one brace and have seen Dr. Drew and Dr. Jeff who was amazing. Very gentle, caring, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Our visits ran smoothly from start to finish and we definitely recommend for anyone looking for any orthotic needs. Receptionist were friendly and professional and efficient. Place was clean and organized.
At Cascade, they are very professional and helpful in what they do for their clients. I've been going there for years and will continue to go in the future.
