This provider is extremely condescending in the appointment and also in his notes post-appointment. I had to repeat my issues multiple times and even then he *still* did not correctly log what we discussed. I remarked several times in the appointment that he was not repeating back to me what I had said and looking over the written medical record of the appointment, I see that he still did not correctly notate what we discussed. Would not recommend whatsoever.
