This was a 5 star dental office that's under new ownership. While confirming new owners means no rate changes, a bossy receptionist told me that "unfortunately your visit will cost a little more as you will be getting xrays." I told her I will not be getting dental xrays with my cleaning and she replied "the new doctor requires it." I explained law requires a dentist warn about the risk of not getting xrays, but they have no legal obligation or liability risk that mandates requring them and I decide the frequency of my denta... read more
Having not been to a dentist in a decade, I struggled to find a doctor with high reviews. Lo and behold Dr Murray and team were right down the street from me! I had my cleaning today and was very happy with the process. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning went without any pain. Already set up my follow up. Would highly recommend this dentist office.
I was conflicted whether I wanted to leave this review or not, but after consulting with other dentists, I have decided to. I have been seeing Dr. Murray since he took over for Dr. Galvan. I hate to do this because I feel Dr. Murray is a nice guy, but I feel I have been treated unfairly. Several months ago Dr. Murray installed a crown on top of a tooth I had a root canal done on.
