Using the website, is easy and I only had one problem, and it was with an old email account, so I made another account with a much newer email, and haven't had any issues since.

My parents had a suspected issue and after a quick phone call, a technician showed up immediately to check it out. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we were treated with such kindness and respect. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and being so responsive.

After being a customer for three years and never missing a payment over a year later this company sent some extraneous bill for $27 to collections. Of their own admission Cascade only tried physically mailing notice of this once or twice even though they knew in their system I didn’t work there anymore and my company had gone out of business. They even were aware of my phone number and email yet failed to reach me via those methods. If you look at the laws for collections I am not sure they followed them very closely. Anyway... read more
