I wanted to thank the gentleman Cascade sent out to deal with Locator ticket 25110669. He was very quick and efficient yet was a delightful gentleman to converse with about the location he performed. Struck me as very knowledgeable individual.

CNG went above and beyond to help me out with an odd situation. We reached out to them for advice, and were pleasantly surprised to have a real person get in touch with us in short time. They were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and flexible, and were quick to reply. I’m impressed with their service and grateful to them for how they handled my issue!

Using the website, is easy and I only had one problem, and it was with an old email account, so I made another account with a much newer email, and haven't had any issues since.

My parents had a suspected issue and after a quick phone call, a technician showed up immediately to check it out. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we were treated with such kindness and respect. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and being so responsive.
