Shannon & Eric catered my daughter s wedding dinner at the Huntley Lodge in March 2012. The food was absolutely wonderful and they went above and beyond the call of duty to make her day special. Eric s dance with the Bride was amazing!! People are still taking about it. We highly recommend them as caterers and an addition to any party - Fun people!
A Brides dream for a caterer!!! Excellent food and even better service. Cascade Mnt Grilling catered our wedding reception this fall and we couldnt have asked for anything better. Steak, chicken, garlic/rosemary potatoes, rice and countless smiles. All of our guests were more than full and happier than when they arrived at the end of this event. Cascade Mt. Grilling catered our wedding in Suncadia. They were really friendly, helpful and the food was superb. The baby back ribs were perfect and the chicken was delicious. The guests raved about the blueberry/rhubarb cobbler!!Thanks for making our wedding a rousing success!
What a great catering company. I agree with the other reviews, the flank steak is awesome. Attended a party where they served and put them at the top of my lists of caterers to hire.
Cascade Mountain Grilling catered my wedding reception and then a few years later catered a 50th Anniversry party for my parents. The marinated flank steak was absolutly to die for. Every one kept going back for seconds, thirds until there was nothing left. Even for weeks after the party I was getting compliments on how good the food was. No one noticed all the hard work put in for decorations and everyone wanted to know when we were going to have another party and invite the "grillers" back with there steak. Cascade Mountain Grilling cater my wedding of 300 people with their marinated Flank Steak and smoked veggies. It was so good that nobody even talked about my beautiful decorations when it was over. I am still thinking about the food as well.
