A noisy dispute resulted in multiple cops appearing outside our unit block mid evening. People swearing and being disruptive until cops arrived. Room was large and well equipped but well worn & in need of a revamp. Bed was comfortable. Reception desk was unattended, and had to wait twice for about 10 mins each time before being attended to.
