We started our experience with Cascade during covid, and wow what a journey we had. It took 14 months to get out custom bench as it was coming from China, and everything was shut down. So you can imagine how difficult it was to have to wait with a loved one with no placement. They would call and check in every month even though he had no information to give, he just kept in touch, I found this very compassionate.
