After agreeing to help out a local mother to drive her son to school in the middle if a winter storm here in Princeton, and getting my car stuck in the snow because the roads weren't plowed, I was 7 minutes late for a 8:15am appointment. I tried calling to inform them I'm on my way, just running late, but of course no one answers the phone before 9am. When I arrived, I was turned away. Outstanding care... The staff are busy at times and I'm certain that they themselves get frustrated. Thank you to the staff and my GP for always doing their best to accommodate me.
