The staff made me feel comfortable.
Very grateful this place exists! Last month we had to use their services in the middle of the night for our son for a breathing treatment as his oxygen dipped when we were in cascade on a family vacation. The two gals working were very professional, they were patient with our 4 yr old who wouldn’t stop talking at 3am despite being sick 🤣, provided effective treatment that allowed us to return to our cabin and enjoy the rest of our family vacation. I went to the emergency room in the wee hours of the morning. As nervous as I was, the staff made me feel comfortable. It was the best experience I have had in any ER. Thank you Dr Ellsworth, Shane, RN, Lori Assistant & Brad, radiology tech.
I had to take my daughter in to get stitches. The staff were all very kind and we didn't have to wait at all in the waiting room.
