Great provider. Dr Moholy was really nice and easy to talk to. The office was really clean and relaxing.
This one star is for the billing department. My fiancé passed away in March 2025. In June, he received an invoice from Cascade Medical. I called and explained that he had passed away and asked to make payment arrangements. I was told that since he had passed away and we were not married, they were going to write off the balance. Nine months go by with no further communication from the billing department. No statements, nothing. Then, in March 2026, I received a delinquency letter stating I had 30 days to pay the balance.
