I went in for what I was expecting to be a short check up. This turned into me basically flatlining while talking with Reese. The immediate response and top notch care I received in an emergency situation was highly admirable by the entire staff. I can’t thank them enough!!

I was extremely disappointed by the exterior stain work done on The Leavenworth Hospital. The quality of the project was wildly inconsistent, and it honestly makes no sense that management switched painting companies midway through the job when the original crew clearly delivered far superior workmanship. This one star is for the billing department. My fiancé passed away in March 2025. In June, he received an invoice from Cascade Medical. I called and explained that he had passed away and asked to make payment arrangements. I was told that since he had passed away and we were not married, they were going to write off the balance. Nine months go by with no further communication from the billing department. No statements, nothing. Then, in March 2026, I received a delinquency letter stating I had 30 days to pay the balance.
