I called the admissions coordinator for an entire week trying to get a loved one in the hospital into the health center. I NEVER received a call back. My loved one called as well from the hospital and NEVER received a call back. Not even a courtesy call. I called the health center directly and got voice mail. When I finally reached someone they were not at all friendly, helpful or accommodating and borderline rude. It was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple call back would have been appreciated.

RecommendedTonight, I had dinner at Cascade Manor with a long-time friend who moved to Cascade Manor less than a year ago. I hadn't visited there before and I was very impressed. His apartment is lovely and the food at the Bistro was delicious! I also met a few of the other residents and everyone was so friendly, including the staff. Wonderful quality of life there!
Beautiful community located in west Eugene.. Truly a must see community, I toured the community and must say they do a great job for are seniors, with great staff.
