Very disappointing store is closed again. It is a beautiful day and 80 degrees, no reason for this to happen. This is not the first time I have tried to visit this store. I don't know who runs this place but they don't seem to care at all. I just came from there and completely closed. They are only open 3 days a week according to their hours and that can't even be accomplished.
The Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail runs right by here as well.. Another very beautiful spot to walk through. But also it has public bathroom in this area.
I came here for a wedding and was absolutely floored at how beautiful this place was. I never knew such a beautiful spot existed in Akron's main valley area outside of the Merriman Valley. I just absolutely need to know more about the lore behind this place. Apparently there is a place that serves as a museum here that occupies a tiny old store front and will come back and elaborate if I can find out more!
Friendly greeters, right on the Towpath. More events than ever.
