I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Cascade Insurance. The owner personally assured me that my policy would be reinstated within 30 minutes, and I relied on that commitment to plan my trucking operations. However, the policy was never reinstated as promised. They could have informed me about the issue on March 11, but instead I was only told on March 13 — the very last day — that reinstatement would only be possible with a significantly higher premium. Do not go with company you will feel regret , they do not help in claims I regret doing business with Cascade Insurance. They promised my policy would be reinstated quickly, but it never happened. Communication was poor, last-minute changes increased my premium, and now they ignore my calls and emails. I do not recommend this company. They are liar 🤥
