Great experience . Easy to work with . Very helpful and answered all my questions got me set up with no money out of pocket. Im young for needing hearing aids so she was sympathetic to my issues and helped me through the process painlessly and very efficiently . I'd recommend them highly and trust their choices for my hearing needs . Thank you Cascade hearing can't wait to pick up my new hearing aids and to be able to hear again and not have to make my wife yell at me constantly . Yeah!!!!
This is my first time getting hearing aids and I thought it was going to be a long process. To my surprise, it was so very easy. I am very pleased with the lady who helped me. She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. My hearing aids are working well.
This was a terrible experience, she was pushy and couldn't provide any written materials on how to use the hearing aids. She wanted to follow her sales pitch rather than answering questions. If your parents aren't tech savvy these hearing aids aren't for them!! Shortly after the 60 day return policy the hearing aids stopped working and won't connect to the app.
Would not recommend them.
